ADM Surveyors Secure Planning Approval for Residential Development in Staines, Surrey

ADM Surveyors were appointed by our clients in November 2025, following the preparation of initial drawings by a previous architectural consultant. Our Architectural team undertook a comprehensive review of the scheme and coordinated the preparation of a complete planning submission package to support the client’s development aspirations.

Following detailed assessment and refinement of the proposal, ADM submitted the full planning application to the Local Planning Authority in March 2026. Through proactive engagement and positive negotiations with planning officers, the team successfully addressed key planning considerations and worked collaboratively with the authority throughout the determination process.

We are delighted to confirm that householder planning permission has now been granted, enabling the client to move forward with confidence to the next stage of the project.

With planning approval secured, ADM Surveyors will continue supporting the development through the Building Regulations phase, ensuring the proposed works meet all relevant statutory requirements. The project will then progress into the pre-contract tender process, where suitable contractors will be invited to price the works ahead of construction commencement.
