ADM Surveyors Play Key Role in The Barn Hotel Development

ADM Surveyors are proud to have served as contract administrators and quantity surveyors for The Barn Hotel, which officially opened on 15 August 2025. This new venture is part of The Barn At Berryfields, a fourth-generation, independent family-run business owned by brothers Will, Tom, and Joe Barber.

The Barn Hotel features 33 modern and comfortable bedrooms, blending convenience with comfort. It offers a range of amenities, including a 24-hour reception, free parking, superfast internet, EV charging, and multiple dining options such as a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, bar, and pizzeria. The hotel's location near the NEC, Birmingham Airport, and International Train Station provides guests with a peaceful countryside retreat while maintaining close proximity to major transport links and exhibition centres.

The development emphasizes sustainability, incorporating solar panel systems and an energy-saving guest room management system. Additionally, the hotel has created ten new job roles, contributing to the local economy.

ADM Surveyors were delighted to be invited to the grand opening of The Barn Hotel, which was officially opened by renowned chef Pierre Koffmann. We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate this milestone with the Barber family and the project team.

Working alongside Harrabin Construction, the main contractor, has been a rewarding experience.

Their close supervision allowed us to focus on our day-to-day responsibilities, whilst also ensuring they kept us involved in decision making processes for the project when required. The appointment of ADM, coupled with an excellent principal contractor, Harrabin Construction, ensured that our significant hotel investment was delivered on time, on budget and on message.
