Introducing Tobias Hollis, Our New Apprentice

Tobias has joined ADM as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. He has secured a place at Nottingham Trent University, where he will study for his Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying on the Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship Pathway.

Since joining, Tobias has settled into his role well and is keen to gain valuable experience and professionalism from the surveying team at ADM. His long-term goal is to achieve Chartership and become a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Looking ahead, Tobias aspires to progress into a Commercial Manager or Director role, leading a team of surveyors to whom he can pass on his knowledge and experience.

Outside of work, Tobias is an avid rugby player for Leicester Lions RFC. Since joining ADM, he has also been introduced to the world of golf — with his sights set on taking part in ADM’s annual golf day.

As part of ADM tradition, Tobias recently organised a team social evening. The event included go-karting at Sutton in the Elms, followed by dinner at Sunargow Tandoori and drinks at The Bull — a great opportunity for the team to get together outside of work.
