New Care Development for Prime Life

We are delighted to announce our continued working partnership with Prime Life on their new build care facility.

The development consists of two new care buildings. One home will provide twenty-eight-bedrooms, within a two storey care facility set out within four interlinked buildings. A further two-storey sixty-bedroom care home with extensive external landscaping will be provided within the 0.79 hectare site in Louth.

The scheme has been designed by Corporate Architecture who successfully gained planning approval last year. ADM Surveyors have provided cost advice since the beginning of 2020 on proposals for the site. The entire professional team and Main Contractor, GS Kelsey have worked tirelessly on a value engineering exercise to ensure Prime Life receive a great scheme at the right price.

ADM Surveyors Director Steven Masic noted, "ADM have provided professional services for Prime Life for almost forty years on numerous residential care and commercial projects throughout the country. This shows incredible commitment between both businesses and we are proud to represent Prime life. On this project we will provide Pre Contract Quantity Surveying services incorporating Budget Estimates, preparation of tender documents in the form of Bill of Quantities and obtain a negotiated price with one of Prime Life's partner Main Contractors GS Kelsey. Our Post Contract Quantity Surveying services will include attending monthly site meetings, preparation of interim valuations & certificates, pricing & agreeing variations, and agreement of final account."

Construction is due to commence in early 2023 and we look forward to sharing progress updates on this magnificent project.
