We were instructed for our architectural and quantity surveying services on the conversion of outbuildings to form office accommodation, internal alterations, and the demolition of an existing single storey outbuilding at a private client's home in Leicestershire.
Our architectural services included the preparation of planning and building regulations drawings and gaining planning and building regulations approval for the scheme. Pre and post contract quantity surveying services included preparation of the specification, tendering procedure, site meetings with monthly valuations and agreement of the final account with the main contractor.
Taylor Davis Builders Limited of Kibworth, Leicester were the successful contractors who completed the works.
