ADM provided architectural services to obtain both planning approval and building regulations approval for a two storey six bedroom detached dwelling complete with double garage and associated external works.
The design brief was challenged because it had to overcome a number of mature trees surrounding the site which needed to be retained. One key feature of the design was a stunning fully glazed gable window to the front elevation of the property. Upon successful planning approval for the new dwelling, building regulation approval was granted in July 2016.
The project build was completed in Mid 2017.
