Our pre contract quantity surveying services for this new 10,000 sq. ft. modern flagship office building with associated external works in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, were sought by Parkers of Leicester Limited.
ADM Surveyors conducted a two stage tender for the new scheme. Prior this ADM were able to provide assistance in early cost planning of the project.
Post contract services included attending monthly site meetings, preparation of interim valuations & certificates, agreeing variations, and agreement of the final account with the Main Contractor.
Architectural services were undertaken by Corporate Architecture Limited of Market Harborough. Stepnell of Rugby were the main contractors.
