The double span portal frame extension to the existing industrial warehouse, associated drainage and external works have been completed.
ADM's pre-contract services were instructed to conduct a two stage tender. The successful contractor, Brims Construction Limited of Sunderland were successful in their and completed the project in August 2022.
ADM provided post-contract quantity surveying services which comprised chairing informal and formal site meetings, issuing instructions, preparation of certificates for
payment on a monthly basis, pricing & agreeing variations, preparation of financial statements, and agreement of the final account with the main contractor.
Design work on the project was undertaken by Richard Norwood of Leaf Architecture & Design Limited, Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
