The former redundant three storey Natwest bank situated on High Street in the centre of Oakham, Leicestershire was acquired by Otters Fine Foods for the refurbishment and conversion for their new deli/smokehouse restaurant premises.
Work comprised of a complete refurbishment and alterations to provide a new food retail unit in Oakham. ADM provided pre and post contract quantity surveying services on this project. This work included measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities, tender submission to invited contractors, preparation of contract documents, carrying out on site valuations and agreement of the final account.
Leicester based contractors, S&S Contracting Limited were the successful tendering contractors.
Architectural services were provided by Corporate Architecture of Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
