Phoenix Park Care Village is a mixed use care centre comprising three homes; Hill Top Care Centre which provides 77 residential care beds; Overfields Care Centre providing 34 close care beds plus Fairways Care Centre which provides 35 beds for clients with mental health needs.
ADM were appointed to act as Quantity Surveyor on the development of this prestigious project.
ADM’s services ensured the financial viability of the project for a long-standing valued client. The client stated post contract: “I can’t overemphasize their aptitude for the task at hand, and their ability to work with the whole team towards solving solutions around value engineering”.
Overseeing works on Hill Top Care Centre and Overfields Care Centre, with associated roads, car parks, services, drainage and landscaping, ADM worked closely with project architects, Corporate Architecture and contractor G S Kelsey Limited to provide value engineering solutions that ensured economic and environmental viability on the project.
